Subscription Payment Agreement

This Subscription Payment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the purchaser (“Customer”, “You”) and Believe in Greatness Ltd (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”). It applies to all course enrollments made using a subscription-based payment plan.

By accepting this agreement, you agree to the following terms specific to our Split Payment Plans.

1. Overview of Payment Structure

If you choose to pay for your course using a split payment plan, the payment schedule is structured as follows:

A. Setup Fee

• A non-refundable setup fee is required to confirm your place in the course.
• This payment will be automatically charged 7 days before the course start date.
• Your enrolment is not confirmed until the setup fee is successfully paid.

B. Ongoing Monthly Payments

After the setup fee has been paid, you will be automatically charged for the remaining balance via monthly installments:

• 2-Month Split Plan: 2 additional monthly payments, spaced 30 days apart.
• 3-Month Split Plan: 3 additional monthly payments, spaced 30 days apart.

These payments will begin 30 days after the setup fee is processed.

2. Commitment to Full Payment

By enrolling in a subscription plan, you agree to:

• Pay the setup fee and all scheduled monthly payments in full.
• Maintain a valid payment method for automatic billing.

You are financially responsible for the entire plan once the setup fee has been paid.

3. Failed Payments and Suspension

• If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times.
• If payment is not received after retries, access to the course may be suspended or revoked until the outstanding amount is paid.
• Unresolved balances may be referred to collections.

4. Refund Policy

All payments, including the setup fee and monthly installments, are nonrefundable.

Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the initial payment. After this 48-hour window, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

Withdrawing from the course after the setup fee is paid does not release you from the obligation to complete payment of any remaining scheduled installments.

5. Course Access

Access to course materials and support is conditional on:

• Payment of the setup fee, and
• Ongoing timely payments of the remaining installments.

Delays or non-payment may result in temporary or permanent removal from the course.

6. Agreement and Authorisation

By selecting a subscription plan at checkout and submitting your order, you:

• Acknowledge and agree to this payment structure.
• Authorise Believe in Greatness Ltd to charge your chosen payment method for each scheduled payment on the dates described.
• Understand that you are entering into a binding financial agreement.
