Cancellation and Course Modification Policy Cancellation
Our cancellation policy allows for a 48-hour window following your initial payment, provided that your course commences no sooner than fourteen (14) days from the payment date. For courses starting within the next fourteen (14) days, the 48-hour cancellation policy does not apply.
Change of Course Dates
To modify course dates, a notice period of fourteen (14) days before the course start date is mandatory. a). A 50% fee of the total course cost will be incurred for date changes requested after the notice period
Redeeming Missed Classes
You are entitled to redeem up to one (1) missed class at no additional cost.
a) Once your course has commenced, changing to an entirely new group incurs a charge.
b) While we strive to accommodate, consecutive session redemption cannot be guaranteed; sessions may be rescheduled based on availability.
c) A 48-hour notice is required for session redemption.
d) If you are unable to attend a pre-booked redemption session, a £75 charge will apply for rebooking. Failure to provide 48-hour notice for missing a redeemed session will also incur this charge.
